Shipping policy

Payment
The payment for your order is securely processed by Personal Padel Trainer. This name will also appear on your bank statement after the transaction. If you have any questions about your payment, feel free to contact us for more information.

Shipping
Once we receive your payment, we will send your order as soon as possible. We ship with DHL. Delivery takes 3-5 business days after payment (except for pre-orders). You will receive a tracking code from us once your order has been shipped.

You will get a tracking code by email to follow your package. If you do not receive your package within 7 days after shipping, please contact us.

Not home?
Download the DHL app to track your shipment closely. If you are not home at the first delivery attempt, the courier will try to deliver your package to your neighbors or a nearby DHL point. It is not possible to set a delivery preference in advance; we cannot change this process.
