Payment, Shipping & Delivery

Payment
The payment for your order is collected securely by Personal Padel Trainer. This name will also be visible on your bank statement after the transaction. Do you have any questions about your payment? Feel free to contact us for more information.

Shipping
After receiving your payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible. The delivery time is 3-5 (In the Netherlands - Outside the Netherlands delivery time 4-7 business days) working days after receipt of payment (with the exception of pre-orders). You will receive a track & trace code from us as soon as we have shipped your order, so that you can track your package. If you have not received your order within 7 days after shipping, please contact us.

Not at home?
If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, the delivery person will try to deliver the package to your neighbours or take it to a nearby collection point. It is not possible to specify a preference in advance; we cannot influence this process.

Postage costs
Once you have entered your address details, the shipping costs will be calculated automatically.
