Not satisfied with your order?

You can return your order within 14 days of purchase at your own risk and expense. The 14 days start the day after you receive your order. Please notify us in advance via email.

Include a note with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return with your return shipment.

To return an item, it must be unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it. We will inspect the clothing before processing the return. If you do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately be unable to process your return.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible (within 14 days at the latest).

Tip: Always request a proof of postage when handing in your package. If something goes wrong with the return shipment, you can use this to follow up with the postal service where you dropped off your package.

Please note: Returns are at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
